Refund and Payment Policies

In-store Merchandise Payments

All dresses that are sold off the rack are to be paid either in full or the customer must put down a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is to be paid within 90 days of making the deposit. If the balance is not paid after 90 days, the deposit is forfeited.

With all special order dresses the customer must put down a minimal 25% non-refundable deposit and the remaining balance is to be paid within 90 days to the date the dress arrives in store. There must be small payments made every month.

Alterations

Alterations are the responsibility of the customer. The Wedding Place can and will recommend seamstresses at your inquiry, but are not responsible for any part of the alternation process.

Group Discounts

We offer a group discount of 10% on bridesmaid dresses when the bridal party is 4 or more.

If a bride purchases her bridal dress (at regular price) as well as her bridal party dresses (4 or more) at The Wedding Store, an accessories gift certificate of $150 will be awarded to the bride. It is for use towards bridal accessories only.

Refund Policy

There are NO REFUNDS on any purchases. All sales are final.

Discount items are sold "AS IS".

Order Cancellations

There are NO cancellations on special orders. Once the order is made, and the manufacturer has placed the order into their production system it is impossible for The Wedding Place to cancel the order.

Lowest Price Guaranteed

If you find a lower advertised price from an Authorized Canadian dealer within 7 days The Wedding Place will match it!
