Return Policy for In-store Merchandize
- All returns must be in original packaging and accompanied by a return authorization number issued by our customer service department, within 14 days of receiving product.

- There is a $10.00 restocking fee on returns.
- Computer sales receipt required for all returns.
- Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We order gowns to the closest size depending on the measurements provided by the customer.
